The Rizvaniye Mosque is part of the splendid Nabi Ibrahim (Prophet Abraham) Cave complex in Golbasi Park. The Turkish people have created in Sanliurfa a beautiful, uplifting and inspiring destination, particularly for pilgrims and for those who are devoted. The cliff, the pools of water, the carp and the rose garden all symbolize the story of Nimrod’s attempt to kill Prophet Abraham (Nabi Ibrahim) and how he was saved by the “Divine” from destruction.
